Advance reservations are recommended. Your reservation will be held with a credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted) and the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card upon your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

No Refunds on Discounted or Multi- Day stays, unless you can provide proof of a medical emergency.  Rooms are checked daily and supplies replaced.  If you want fresh towels, please leave them on the floor and the cleaning staff will replace them.  A complete room clean will be done once a week, including fresh sheets, for guests staying longer than one week.

November 17 – May 31:  A 48 hour advance cancellation of your reservation is required, or the first two days of your reservation will be charged to your credit card.

June 1 – November 16 (High Season):  A 2 week advance cancellation is required, or you will be charged for your entire reservation.

During special events, a 30 day advance cancellation is required, or you will be charged for your entire reservation.

Group reservations of 3 or more rooms will be charged 30 days in advance with no refunds given.

Group reservations of 10 or more rooms will be charged 60 days in advance with no refunds given.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Our Office Hours are 9 a.m. – Noon and 4 p.m. – 9 p.m.  Check-in time is from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Please call in advance for special arrangements. Check-out time is by 11 a.m., unless late check-out has been approved 1 day in advance.  Quiet Time is observed from 10 p.m. until 8 a.m.  Loud, obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated.

We offer single rooms, studio apartments and adjoining suites and most of our rooms have full kitchens. Guests are responsible for washing their own dishes and keeping their kitchen clean or a $20 per day charge will be added to their account.

Loaner bikes available upon request.

Wireless High-Speed Internet is available in all of the rooms.  Check your in-room notebook for network and password.

All of our rooms are smoke-free, but ash pots are provided for those who wish to smoke outside.

Any excessive cleaning charges, room damages, smoking in the rooms ($200 fee, plus immediate expulsion from room) or any missing items will be added to your account and charged to your credit card.

NO PETS, unless arranged with Manager in advance, in certain rooms.  Additional fees and rules apply.

Valuables should be kept with you, as we do not have any locked safes available.
